partnership focuses on tunneling and water management expertise exchange.
Officials highlighted the joint effort as a way to channel progress. The
exchange aims to build future infrastructure capabilities. Both agencies plan to
share best practices and technical knowledge. The initiative was highlighted in
a DVIDS release. Strengthened ties are expected to benefit projects in both
countries. Ongoing cooperation will involve training and joint studies.
